Welcome to Beepz, an AI-powered marketing automation and customer engagement platform operated by ENWIZA Private Limited (“ENWIZA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Beepz platform, website, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Beepz, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Beepz provides AI-powered business communication and marketing automation services, including but not limited to:

• Multi-channel campaign management
• WhatsApp messaging automation
• Email marketing and automation
• Telegram and Instagram integrations
• Unified customer communication interface
• AI-powered workflow automation
• CRM and customer segmentation tools
• Third-party integrations including Google Workspace services

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Beepz.

If you are using Beepz on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Ensuring authorized access by your employees or team members

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Beepz may allow you to connect third-party services such as:

• Google Drive
• Google Calendar
• Gmail
• Google Sheets
• Other Google Workspace services

By connecting your Google account through OAuth authorization, you explicitly grant Beepz permission to access and process the data authorized by you.

Beepz offers subscription-based pricing plans.

Our Professional Plan is currently billed at ₹9,999 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By subscribing, you authorize us to:

• Charge your selected payment method automatically
• Renew subscriptions on a recurring basis until cancellation

You agree not to use Beepz to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Misuse third-party integrations
• Circumvent platform security controls
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity

You are solely responsible for the content and communications sent using your account.

Beepz may provide AI-generated suggestions, automations, or content.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing content before use
• ENWIZA does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs

All rights, title, and interest in Beepz, including software, branding, APIs, designs, workflows, and documentation, are owned by ENWIZA Private Limited or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy or reverse engineer the platform
• Resell or sublicense the Services
• Use our trademarks without permission

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Beepz, you consent to:

• Processing of data necessary to provide the Services
• Storage and transmission of data through third-party infrastructure providers

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We may:

• Perform maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features
• Restrict access temporarily for security or operational reasons

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use creates security or legal risks
• Required by law or third-party provider policies

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENWIZA Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Third-party platform failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Beepz during the preceding three (3) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENWIZA Private Limited and its employees, officers, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be notified through:

• Website notices
• Email communication
• In-app notifications

Continued use of Beepz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
