Beepz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time subscribers.
If you are not satisfied with the Services during the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund subject to the eligibility conditions outlined below.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved only if all the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the initial subscription date
- The subscription is your first paid subscription to Beepz
- You have complied with our Terms and Conditions
- Your account has not been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity
- Charges relate directly to Beepz subscription fees
We reserve the right to verify eligibility before approving any refund request.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Partial billing periods or unused subscription time
- Usage-based charges or consumed services
- Setup fees or onboarding services
- Custom development or consulting services
- Add-on services or separately purchased features
Third-party platform fees, including but not limited to:
- WhatsApp Business API charges
- SMS charges
- Email delivery provider fees
- Payment gateway charges
- Cloud or telecom usage fees
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Beepz account settings or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- Future recurring charges will be stopped
- No prorated refund will be provided for the unused portion of the billing period
- Certain features may become unavailable immediately after cancellation
6. Data Retention After Cancellation
Following cancellation or termination:
- Customer data may be retained for up to 30 days unless otherwise required by law
- After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted from our systems
Customers are responsible for exporting or backing up their data before cancellation.

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Restriction from future use of Beepz services
- Additional review or verification procedures
10. Service Credits
In certain situations involving verified service disruptions or platform issues caused by Beepz, we may provide service credits at our discretion.
Service credits:
- Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that may be available to consumers under applicable laws or regulations.
