Looking for a Manychat alternative? Here's how Beepz compares
Manychat made Instagram comment-to-DM mainstream. Beepz does the same job and puts Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram in one shared inbox, with AI agents that run on your own model key, plans in Indian rupees and a team you can reach on WhatsApp.

Feature by feature
Both tools automate Instagram comments and DMs. The differences are in the channels around it, how AI is billed, and who helps you set it up.
Comment-to-DM
Manychat: Yes. Comment-to-DM is one of its best-known Instagram features.
Beepz: Runs on chosen posts and reels or on every post, plus story replies. Exact or “contains” keyword matching, rotating public replies and the commenter's @username in the message.
DM automation
Manychat: A visual flow builder for DMs and story replies.
Beepz: No-code flows with text, images, video, audio, PDFs, carousels and buttons, reactions and the heart sticker, and replies collected straight into Google Sheets.
AI replies
Manychat: AI features are sold as a separate paid add-on.
Beepz: An AI agent that answers from your own documents, runs on your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Grok key (you pay the model provider for usage) and hands off to a human with full context.
Channels
Manychat: Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, SMS and email, among others.
Beepz: Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram, all in one inbox.
Team inbox
Manychat: A live chat inbox for your team.
Beepz: A shared inbox with one tab per connected Instagram account, auto-assignment, take-over from automation or AI at any time, plus a lead pipeline and internal notes.
WhatsApp campaigns
Manychat: WhatsApp automation and broadcasts are supported; Meta bills template messages separately.
Beepz: Template campaigns from CSV, Excel or a live Google Sheet, scheduled or recurring, with Sent → Delivered → Read reports and Google Calendar appointment booking. Meta's template charges apply.
Pricing
Manychat: Priced in US dollars, with cost growing as your audience grows; AI is extra. See Manychat's pricing page for current plans.
Beepz: Plans in Indian rupees for Indian businesses, with a 7-day free trial. AI usage is billed by your own model provider.
Ecosystem & support
Manychat: A large template library, a help center and a big community of agencies and creators.
Beepz: Newer and smaller, but an India-based team you can reach on WhatsApp sets you up personally.
More than comment-to-DM
Beepz can gate a freebie behind a follow: followers go straight to the reward, while non-followers get a follow prompt and an automatic re-check. Story replies and DMs get the same no-code flows, an AI agent picks up anything your automations don't cover, and every Instagram account you connect gets its own tab in a shared inbox, next to your WhatsApp and Telegram conversations.
Frequently asked questions
Is Beepz a good Manychat alternative for Instagram comment-to-DM?
Yes, if your main need is Instagram comment-to-DM, DM flows and story replies, especially if you also use WhatsApp or Telegram. If you need Facebook Messenger, TikTok, SMS or email automation, Manychat covers more channels.
Does Beepz reply to live-stream comments or story mentions?
No. Beepz automates comments on posts and reels, story replies and DMs. Comments on live streams and story mentions aren't supported.
Can I move my automations from Manychat to Beepz?
There's no automatic import. You rebuild your flows in Beepz's visual builder, and our team helps you set them up. A typical comment-to-DM automation takes a few minutes.
Is it safe for my Instagram account?
Beepz connects through Instagram's official API from Meta, using Instagram Login or Facebook Login, so you never share your password. Your account needs to be a professional (Business or Creator) account.
Do I pay extra for AI?
Beepz's AI agent runs on your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Grok API key, so AI usage is billed by that provider directly rather than as a Beepz add-on.
Can my team manage several Instagram accounts?
Yes. Each connected Instagram account gets its own tab in the shared inbox, with auto-assignment to team members and a full conversation history.
